DROPS offers the following repair warranty service for "customers who have purchased new products."
① Free repairs (within one year of purchase, manufacturing defects)
Defects in the manufacturing process will be repaired free of charge for one year from the date of purchase.

・Repair of frayed stitching (any length)
・Repair of peeled edge coating (any length)
- ・Adhesion failure (e.g., card slots, edges)
*Only shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
② Paid repair (due to age-related deterioration from use / after one year from purchase)
DROPS' repair prices are set approximately 10-40% lower than the average rates at general leather repair shops.
As an authorized dealer, we want to thank you for choosing DROPS among the many stores available.
We will provide repairs at fair and reassuring prices.
③ About Shipping Costs
When requesting repairs, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
For small items that can be mailed (thin packages): Approximately 500-900 yen round trip
For larger items such as bags: Approximately 2000-3000 yen round trip
④ Repair Request Procedure
① Submit your repair request using the repair form
Attaching photos of the damaged area will expedite the process.
② We will provide an estimated quote within 2-3 business days
We will email you an estimate of the cost and turnaround time.
③ Ship the item to the specified address
Upon arrival, we will inspect the actual item and inform you of the **official quote (final price and turnaround time)**.
④ Once approved, we will begin repairs
We will ship the item to you as soon as repairs are complete.
⑤ Regarding Repair Warranty Registration (Recommended)
After your purchase, if you register for the "Repair Warranty" using the QR code included, you will benefit from:
- Proper management of your warranty period
- Changing the recipient in case of a gift
- Individual support from DROPS
* If you do not have a registration code, please provide your order number at the time of purchase.
