* The number of years is based on the purchase date of the warranty registration.

You can register your warranty using the card included with your delivery.

(Even if you received it as a gift, you can register using the card.)

② EverTrade Application

If you wish to trade in an item,
you can apply via the EverTrade Application Form.

We will provide an estimate of the discount based on your application details.

③ Purchase a New Item

You can purchase it as usual.
Do not use the discount at this point.

④ Return the Trade-in Item

After your application, we will send you an email with return instructions.
DROPS will accept it by cash on delivery.

⑤ Trade-in Confirmation

After confirming the condition of the item,
we will finalize and apply the trade-in amount, then refund it to your original purchase payment.
