Regarding wrapping,

The following may be the reasons why you may not receive an email:
If you would like to have the item resent, please let us know by contacting us.
For carrier email from mobile phone companies (DoCoMo, au, SoftBank)
It is possible that you have not received the email due to your spam settings.
If you wish to receive emails via your carrier email address, please set up your email settings to receive the emails listed below before placing an order or registering as a member.

If the address entered in the form is incorrect
If you enter an incorrect email address in the email address input field, an email will be sent to the incorrect email address.
Please double check that your email address is correct.

Non-RFC compliant email addresses
If you use an email address that does not comply with RFC, such as consecutive dots ".." or a dot ".@" immediately before "@", you may not be able to receive the automatic reply email properly.
• The username (before the @) contains two or more consecutive dots (.) Example: drops...tokyo@au.ne.jp
•Usernames that contain a dot at the end (just before the @ character) Example: drops.tokyo.@softbank.ne.jp
If it is classified as spam
If an email from our company is judged as spam due to spam settings, rejection settings, or spoofing regulations,
It may have been sorted into your spam folder.
Please check your email folder and exclude emails from our spam folder.
Also, if you have Yahoo! Mail set to reject spoofed emails, you may not be able to receive some emails.
If you cannot receive free email
Popular free email services include Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, and Outlook.com.
If you have not received our automatic reply email, it may have been recognized as spam and placed in your spam or trash folder, so please check.
Also, if your inbox is full and you are unable to receive emails, we recommend that you periodically delete unnecessary emails from your inbox.
If you have set up forwarding to a mobile phone, etc., please set up spam filtering on your computer and free email service, and also set up the same for the forwarding destination.
If the forwarding destination is not configured, a reception error may occur and the email may not reach either party.
Also, depending on your mobile phone model and carrier, you may not be able to receive large emails.
Please note that this will also result in an error.

Regarding customization, we are currently able to provide it at the following rates, ordering methods, and delivery times.

→For materials and colors that we handle, we can accommodate your request individually by ordering a product of the same material and the following option worth 800 yen.
Example) I want to change the color scheme of the pebbled shrink leather key case to the ice white color scheme I want.

The process is as follows:
1. Please let us know your desired shape, purpose, material, color, image, and reference photos.
2. Upon request, we will ask for detailed information and provide you with a rough estimate.
3. If you wish, we will provide you with the order page or the bank transfer details and delivery date.
Unlike the regular price, we will need to purchase the materials, so you will have to bear a higher material cost, but we are still able to produce the product.
Furthermore, if you would like to order not just one item but a number of accessories, bags, etc. in the same color in bulk, or if you would like to order 10 or more items in the same color as gifts, etc., we may be able to lower the material cost ratio, so please feel free to contact us for more information.
Delivery, Exchange and Returns
Normally, your order will be shipped within 5 business days.
It will arrive within 1 to 3 days after shipping.
For remote islands and Okinawa, items will be shipped via air or sea, so delivery will take 7 to 9 days from the time of shipment.
*We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, Golden Week, and New Year's holidays. We will ship after reopening.
◎If an item is individually customized, it will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days.
In addition, if there is a delay in delivery due to material or inventory issues, we may contact you to confirm.
Gift delivery is when the orderer sends the item to another person or address.
Therefore, if you do not select wrapping, your item will not be wrapped and will be shipped in regular simple packaging.
Although the term may sound like gift wrapping, gift wrapping and packaging are optional services.
It is possible to send a gift to a different person than the orderer. Please refer to the procedure below.

② In the "Special instructions for store" field, enter "Gift delivery request" and if you would like a message card, enter "Message card: content XX".
③After filling out the form, click [Proceed to checkout]
④ Enter your desired gift delivery address and select your delivery method (please select courier delivery when specifying a date and time).
⑤ On the payment page, enter the billing address and contact information of the person placing the order.
⑥Click "Pay Now"

As most of our photos are taken in natural light during the day, the colours may appear different depending on the lighting conditions, such as incandescent or bulb lighting.
If the color is different from what you expected, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to exchange the product. Thank you for your understanding before placing your order.
Regarding repairs for loose threads, we generally carry out the repairs free of charge. You will only be required to pay for the round-trip shipping costs.
In addition, for repairs such as faded color, peeling edges, repainting, torn leather, or holes, additional repair fees will be charged.
If you need repairs but the above does not apply to you, please contact us using the inquiry form.
If you wish to return the product for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, but we can refund you.
Once you contact us with your return request, we will check the item upon arrival and, if there are no problems, we will refund your money.
The number of days it takes for the refund to be reflected varies depending on the credit card company.
If you do not see the refund reflected within one to two months after receiving the refund email from us, please contact your credit card company.
